introduction
✿ welcome to my website!
✿ by using this website and/or commissioning artwork here, you agree to the following terms.
rule 002.
services & commission
✿ i provide custom artwork commissions.
✿ commission process:
1. idea discussion: the client submits requests regarding theme, style, size, materials, timeline, reference images, etc.
2. sketch approval: i send a sketch for client approval.
3. deposit 30%: paid after the sketch is approved.
4. artwork completion: i create the final artwork.
5. final payment & delivery: remaining 70% is paid before sending the final file (JPEG/PNG/PSD/AI…) or physical artwork as agreed.
✿ client can track the commission progress via trello link provided after confirmation.
rule 002.1.
timeline & materials note
✿ delivery time for sketches and final artwork may vary depending on:
𖹭 size: large oil or acrylic paintings require more time.
𖹭 technique: complex techniques or multiple layers may extend completion time.
𖹭 client response time: clients must approve sketches and provide feedback promptly to keep the project on schedule.
✿ the 7–14 day timeline is a reference for small to medium digital artwork.**
✿ for traditional artwork (oil, acrylic, large canvas…), timeline will be agreed separately, possibly taking several weeks or months, including paint drying time.
✿ i will inform clients of estimated timeline before starting and provide updates if changes occur.
rule 003.
deposit & payment
✿ deposit of 30% is required after sketch approval to start the artwork.
✿ remaining 70% is paid before receiving the final file/artwork.
✿ payment methods: paypal/bank transfer/… as agreed.
✿ artwork will not begin until deposit is received.
rule 004.
revisions
✿ clients are allowed 2 revisions per stage: sketch, base colors, final artwork.
✿ revisions beyond agreed number may incur additional fees.
✿ clients must respond within 3 days of receiving sketches or updates; otherwise, the artwork proceeds as approved.
rule 005.
copyright & usage
✿ artwork remains copyrighted by the artist.
✿ clients may use artwork for personal purposes or as agreed (printing, avatars, gifts… unless commercial use is specifically agreed).
✿ modification, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
✿ i retain the right to post images of the artwork (including sold pieces) on portfolio/website/social media, crediting the client if desired.
rule 006.
digital files/physical artwork
✿ digital files: delivered via email, Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox…
✿ physical artwork: delivered as agreed; client is responsible for shipping fees (unless otherwise agreed).
✿ i commit to careful packaging: sturdy carton, bubble wrap, protective seal.
✿ damage liability: i am not responsible for damage during shipping beyond my control. clients are recommended to purchase shipping insurance for high-value artwork.
✿ in case of damage, i will attempt to repair or resend the artwork, additional material and shipping fees may apply.
✿ original PSD/AI files may be provided for an additional fee.
rule 007.
cancellation & refund
✿ cancellation before sketch approval: full refund if payment has been made.
✿ cancellation after sketch approval & deposit received: deposit (30%) is non-refundable unless I cannot complete the artwork.
✿ in cases of force majeure (illness, unavailable materials, workload overload), both parties may negotiate refund or timeline extension.
rule 008.
client privacy & confidentiality
✿ all client information, ideas, and reference images are kept private, not publicly shared without permission.
rule 009.
responsibility & commitment
✿ i commit to creating artwork according to client requests within my capability.
✿ i am not responsible for client misuse, copyright infringement, or unauthorized modification of the artwork.
✿ clients should provide complete information, references, and timely feedback to ensure the best result.
✿ digital file corruption: backup will be sent.
✿ physical artwork damaged during shipping: replacement or repair will be attempted, additional material and shipping fees may apply.
rule 010.
changes of terms
✿ i reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
✿ continued use of the website or commissioning artwork after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
